The Congress intends to analyze the contemporary challenges faced by the Courts of Accounts, with emphasis on fiscal and social responsibility, the quality of public management, and sustainable development as pillars for institutional advancement. The scientific content of the event will be built in harmony with the most current national and international debates on the subject.
More than just a meeting, CITC is a space for innovation, learning, and cooperation. In addition to thematic workshops and specialized lectures, the event will feature institutional meetings and parallel activities, including those related to projects conducted by Atricon, on which occasion the results of the National Program for Public Transparency (PNTP) will also be released. These initiatives broaden the scope of the Congress, strengthening the exchange of experiences and the consolidation of practices aimed at transparency and the improvement of external control.
With this structure, the 4th CITC reinforces its vocation as a strategic environment to align global best practices with local needs, contributing to a more transparent, efficient, ethical, and sustainable public administration.
